This Brick Manor, modeled after the Alumni house at the College of William and Mary, offers a deep anchorage dock slip that was once home to a 53' yacht. Large open spaces throughout the house include a grand living room boasting an airy 21’ coffered ceiling and stunning floating staircase. Enjoy beautiful waterfront views from the exterior slate patios that lead out to the saltwater pool.
