The house is 35 feet from the water's edge surrounded by tall pines and tucked away at the end of a private, dirt road. The turnaround in front of the house can accommodate multiple cars around the edge but must be kept fairly clear for emergency vehicles .

This " main level" of the house has a cathedral ceiling with skylights, field stone fireplace, LR/DR and fully equipped kitchen, bath with Jacuzzi, primary bedroom, and twin bedroom with trundle bed. French doors open on to deck overlooking stairs to lake and dock. Above the main floor is a loft with a futon with a full mattress.
