Looking for a place to host your family's holiday get together or need a place to stay while you're in town? The home will be decorated for Christmas (after Thanksgiving) with some colored outside lights and a small Christmas tree with lights.

**please note the basement stays cooler in both winter and summer, we do provide 4 heaters down there to help keep you cozy**

- 3 garage stalls and driveway spots can be used which fit about 3-5 cars. In the winter, we do have a snow removal company that comes if it is over 2+ inches. Shovels and salt are provided should you need it.
YARD /BACKYARD:
- Large 2 tiered deck
- Fire pit (area is not maintained and will have weeds, etc. wood is not provided aside from the fallen branches you find in the woods :)

**PLEASE NOTE:, If you're expecting a perfectly manicured yard, you will not find it here. We do our best to keep up the lawn, but we go for the more natural approach when it comes to weeds and the pond. :) **
The property can sleep up to 16 guests - this would include using the pull out couch and blow up beds.
