Set above the street in the quiet and central neighborhood of Madison Valley, it is designed for comfort and privacy with an alley facing entrance and easy parking on the street within 100 meters. Two and a half blocks to many nice restaurants and shops, five blocks to the Arboretum, ten blocks to a swim in lake Washington, less than a mile from all the action on Capitol hill, and less than two from downtown. Easy access (bus stop on block) to the UW, downtown and Capitol hill.
