Positive: My highest recommendation for this property and its hosts! Jeff and Julie were so helpful before and during our stay. They reached out to us *proactively* when a lot of flights were being canceled around the country, letting us know the property was open if our flights got canceled and we needed to stay an extra day or two (and that is indeed what happened). The condo is beautiful: ocean view, just steps to the beach, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, all sorts of beach gear for guest use (chairs, towels, snorkels, kayaks, etc.). There was sunscreen, washer/dryer, unexpired condiments, just whatever we thought to need we found was already there for us. And Little Gasparilla Island really is a special place. We often had the beach almost to ourselves, and we *loved* our peaceful retreat away from any businesses or even roads. We just walked along the beach all day, took a dip in the pool in the afternoon, went back to the beach for sunset, and cooked and played games at night. Jeff and Julie made it so easy for my sister and I to de-stress and celebrate a milestone birthday. I booked it thinking it was a one-time thing, but we're already talking about going back every year <3.
