Downstairs is another king bedroom with walk out lanai and ocean view as well as a kids room with 2 twin over full bunks plus trundle. A punee sits outside the master bedroom and can be converted into a bed to sleep one. The bathrooms are all built in unique custom tile and stone design.
Cook meals in a large gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop and oven, granite countertops, prep island with bar sink and breakfast nook. A dining room overlooks the main lanai and seats 6. Outside of the dining area is an outdoor dining area with a bbq and additional dining table that seats 8.
