Summary: The rooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. But the technology in the hotel is really outdated. I could not get connected to wifi during the entire stay on any of my devices. I contacted the hotel and asked them to help. The immediate response was "I am sorry I cannot help you." It's not a hotel problem, implying all my devices are somehow defective with wifi connection? I asked if anyone else had issues and she said "no one has complained." I asked if the huge casino hotel has IT support and she said "no." Absolutely did not care nor attempted to resolve the issue. I was in Phoenix for work and had to either connect to hotspot or leave the hotel to get my work done. The TV was old and very outdated. No streaming, no access to any apps, only TV and hotel movies. The phone in the room was not working and the electric outlets were old. It was a more expensive hotel than the one my colleagues stayed at and they definitley had a much better experience.
