Although we welcome and require 3o Day Minimum Reservations, we urge all our guests to simply enter their desired ARRIVAL DATE with there check out one month from that day so we can adjust it for you from there. We do have 2 Oceanfront flats as well as 4 studio apartments so even if you are not able to fit your 30 days on our calendar and only are seeking a few in the actual flat we have the resources to work with our platform and still accommodate our guests seeking various stays.

Summary: This place is nothing like the photos and does NOT have three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with one bed in the kitchen. They said there was 4 beds but one of the beds was a small foldable cot. My brothers had to go downstairs to the managers house to bring up a queen size mattress so my 6’5” brother could at least sleep on something reasonable for our Christmas vacation. There was no check in process and no key to the front door (they literally had to replace the deadbolt during our stay). We arrived late on the first day and there was dirty towels all over the ground, mold all over, cigarette buds on the beds, and two inches of dust on the fans. The “manager” of the property slept downstairs and you could hear her yelling and screaming in the middle of the night (supposedly she’s a meth addict). The actually “owner” of the home called me during our vacation to tell me she’s illegally renting the place to people and stealing money from him. It felt pretty unsafe all around. After all of this, VRBO DID NOTHING to help us. All that to say, the location was great. You are literally right on the beach. I’d still say find yourselves another place right on the beach with less drama.
