Summary: We booked this for our family specifically because it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms then there would absolutely no fighting for bathroom space. The property is in a beautiful community and is very well kept. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teens. This was our first time to the Big Island as we usually go to Maui but the big island did not disappoint. There are plenty of beach chairs, snorkels, umbrellas and floaters for everyone. The private access beach is very nice and easy to get to by car. There is also a Foodland close to the community entrance for grabbing the essentials. Costco is about 1/2 hr drive away. Activities such as snorkeling can be done at the private beach as well as by boat which is about a 1/2 hr drive from the property. The pools are and easy walk from the property and have a few shaded areas to lounge at. Both pools were well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
