You can grill up something great on the bbq with a full summer kitchen and then dine al fresco with private conservation views. In the evenings relax by the fire pit or take an evening swim in your own private pool.
The living space has a modern flair. The kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date appliances and has breakfast bar seating. Enjoy meals at the formal dining space. Relax in the living room with a large TV, ample seating and sliding glass doors out to the pool deck.
You will find a master bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Continue upstairs to be wowed by the other 4 bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find a master bedroom, a VIP suite, and 2 fun kids rooms! The master bedroom and VIP suite both feature a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The kids' rooms both have two twin beds. The second floor also features a custom loft area! Play a round of pool at the pool table or watch the big game atop the bar seating on the large TV.
