The parlor, which opens to the dining room, will be to your left when you enter the foyer. A door in the dining room leads to a private deck, the perfect quiet spot to enjoy a cup of coffee as you start you day. Inside, just off of the dining room is the elevated kitchen, which features an ample amount of counter space and everything you need to enjoy an evening in. The homes’ half bath is neatly tucked away under the staircase.
At the top of the stairs you’ll find the laundry room and a subway tile shower/tub combination, with a large vanity, that boasts with light. Each bedroom features a king size beds, large smart television, and plenty of storage for your belongings. The main bedroom, facing the front of the home overlooking the tree-lined streets, additionally features a bright and airy ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
In the morning, stroll down the cobblestones of Jones Street, dubbed “America’s prettiest street” by Southern Living Magazine, for breakfast at Clary’s Cafe, the setting for several breakfast scenes in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.
