Beautiful Modern Ranch Style Home with Open Kitchen, Dining & Living Room, 3 Bedrooms (one King, one Queen, and one Office/Single wall bed). 1.5 Baths, walk-in shower in master bath. Tile and Bamboo Floors, The home sits on a three acre corner lot in a gated private subdivision. If you are looking peace and quiet its a great place. The location is between Kona (1.5 hrs) and Hilo (1.5 hrs) on the Big Island.
Have your morning coffee on the Patio and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. We enjoy having a class of wine at night and watching the sun go down and later when all the stars come out its unbelievably beautiful.
Our home is fully equipped for comfort and convenience, everything you need is in the kitchen to cook in and washer/dryer are in the garage for your use. Ocean View has two very nice grocery stores, a good bakery, a pizza place, a good restaurant, post office, and three gas stations and a liquor store.
While Home has had Pets inside in the past we NO longer allow pets. NO Pets allowed.
Its a great place for exploring numerous Big Island attractions. 10 minutes on the Belt Hwy to the South Point Turnoff, 20 minutes to Naalehu and the famous South Point Bakery, 30 minutes to the Black Sand beach watch the turtles.
