The spacious kitchen has a full complement of small appliances, dishware and tableware and has been recently updated with Quartz counters, new floors, and a new dishwasher. The lanais overlook the Prince Golf Course (currently not in use) and the path to Anini Beach. Sleeping in the loft is a queen bed (caution: this space can be quite hot much of the year). Sleeping on the bedroom side is two queen beds. Both sides have lots of light and comfortable seating. New ceiling fans have been installed in both sides of the unit. The unit offers the privacy of a single family home, located just step away from the pool in the complex. This is one of the most conveniently located properties in the Princeville at Hanalei Resort Community. It's located on the path that leads to shopping, Princeville Park, the library, and happy hour at the Westin. Add the hiking path to Anini Beach which makes this a great choice for those who enjoy walking. This unit has two reserved parking spots for your exclusive use, parking is located right at your front door. There is no parking or resort fee. An affordable destination to enjoy all of the activities the north shore has to offer! This is a non-smoking unit.
