Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and 2 bunks for children. Unit is on marsh side affording a quieter unit and view of the ocean and marsh. WEEKLY RENTALS 10% DISCOUNT. 3 HD flat screen TVs. (Living room, bedroom, balcony) WIFI, hairdryer and all linens and towels provided (beach towels are not provided). Fully stocked kitchen. KUREG and coffee maker. 3-night required summer rentals. SNOWBIRDS-WINTER MONTHS NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY $1600 monthly rental (plus cleaning fee, tax, VRBO fees). Complimentary one parking pass. Ten tennis courts with pro shop, pickle ball courts, oceanfront pool with bar/grille and deck seating, bike rental on property, children's playground, pay per use washers/dryers and other wonderful amenities.
