Summary: We loved our stay. We found the unit to be clean and beautiful. However, the LR furniture was old and stained, which we covered with beach towels. We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Jordan was excellent and attentive to our needs. Although we had requested a late check, but unfortunately, the resort deactivated our key cards early, which we were not aware of until we could not access the room with any of our cards and one of our babies were in the room alone. It was absolute chaos and it was a terrible way to end our stay. It was an unfortunate error. Overall, we loved our stay and the unit and we are planning to return next year.
