This is our second home on VRBO but our first time renting it. Our other home is in New Hampshire and has a huge number of five star reviews. Spectacular brand new kitchen and wood floors with a full Thermador kitchen. We're looking for 30-day renters, that's the minimum our HOA will allow. Our home away from home in Carlsbad with 3 bedrooms and three full baths. This luxury home is in the gated Aviara community. The home features a spectacular master bedroom suite with fireplace, 2 twin beds in the first floor bedroom, and 1 full bed with twin trundle in the second floor bedroom and a queen size blowup mattress.
