The Space:
Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, the first bedroom is on the right side. Walk straight from the main door to reach the living room with a decorative fireplace. Beside the fireplace, there is a door going to our spacious backyard. On the right of the living room, you will see a dining room, laundry room, and kitchen. The kitchen has an access door going to the first bedroom. On the left side of the main entrance is a hallway leading to the bathrooms and four other bedrooms. Outside the house, you will see outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars.

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. We are just a few minutes from groceries and shops and only a 10-minute drive to Baptist Medical Center South!

If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
