Serene, peaceful, and relaxing. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath single story home is located in Kailua-Kona, across the street from beautiful He'eia Bay (a one minute walk). The house sleeps 6 people and is stocked with most items needed for a relaxing convenient vacation. Most likely, your time will be spent outside where you can enjoy the backyard with the beautiful grass area, a pool with lounge chairs, outside patio dining table and BBQ. The pool is not heated, however the outside daily temperature usually is between 75-85 degrees year around. The house is on the 11th fairway of the Kona Country Club Golf Course, ranked in the top 100 greatest public course by Golf Digest. Across the street at He'eia Bay you can swim, snorkel, paddle board or simply relax. Keauhou Bay is about a 5 minute walk from the house where you will find the larger ocean tours departing such as snorkeling trips, and kayaking adventures. It's also a great place to relax, swim, snorkel, and fish off the dock (and you might see a manta ray). The house is within walking distance to a large shopping center that has restaurants, a movie theater, grocery store, and pharmacies. The neighborhood is small and quiet, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum. No parties or large gatherings. Kona has a Good Neighbor policy, quiet hours shall be from 9:00p.m. to 8:00a.m.
