It has over 2,100 square feet of space - perfect for the family to spread out and enjoy the comforts of home in a fantastic resort neighborhood close to amazing beaches, restaurants and golf. Villages 207 features beautiful island furnishings, stone tile flooring, vaulted ceilings and a large open-concept ground floor living space with a access to a large covered lanai and grassy yard. The downstairs area has two patios - one large patio with a built in BBQ and outdoor dining set, and another private courtyard lanai that can be accessed from the kitchen area. Villages 207 faces west for guests to enjoy ocean breezes and nightly sunsets.
In addition to the main living space, there is an en suite bedroom downstairs with a queen-size bed, as well as a half-bath and laundry room. The upstairs features two spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and television. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower, a desk/work space in the bedroom and a spacious covered balcony with partial ocean views. The master bedroom features a grand Tommy Bahama king-size bed and the second bedroom offers two (2) twin beds.
