Property: This 2-story town home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is turn key with all your family needs! One bedroom and one full bath is located on the first floor for your convenience. The property is equipped with central AC!
The large master suite (located upstairs) has a King size bed, a large walk-in closet, and access to the large beautiful lanai. An en-suite master bathroom has dual vanity, a stand up shower, as well as an over-sized soaking tub.
The second bedroom that is located downstairs has a Queen size bed and a large mirrored closet.
The third room (located on the 2nd floor) is perfect as a shared kids rooms featuring two twin beds (could be combined together to create a King bed), and a large mirrored closet.
Relax in the bright and airy living room or cook dinner in the open concept fully equipped kitchen and then catch sunset on the spacious lanai!
