Life at the beach is a feeling and a lifestyle. The décor is cozy and comfortable. This is the perfect vacation home for summer escapes and special celebrations. The widow's watch, high above with a 360 degree view, is a fourth bedroom or a get away for the young family members. The two primary suites are perfect for two couples or families. A short stroll will take you to the beach, many popular restaurants, movie theatres, grocery stores and shopping including the Destin Commons. Relax in your own large fenced in backyard with private pool and enjoy your escape from stress. From the wraparound porches you can listen to the echoes of the surf, feel the Gulf breeze and leave your cares behind.
This home is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire before booking) and provide up to date shot records.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office.
