Imagine the holidays at Peak 8 in Breckenridge! This is a beautiful condo a couple minutes' walk to the last shuttle stop to Peak 8. Couldn't be easier! Ski your day away and then enjoy the well-appointed condo in the evening. Hot tub use is included as well as parking and in-condo laundry.
HIGHLIGHTS: Great location and views, two balconies with a grill, quick 5 min walk to shuttle (last stop on the line so quick ride up the mountain), convenient shuttle also takes you to town, high-end furniture including two sofas and six bar stools for nice entertaining, full “chef's” kitchen, free parking, and included hot tub. Very close to Nordic center for cross-country skiing.
A beautiful complex with a lot of trees and nice parking. It is the top floor so there are vaulted ceilings and a quiet neighborhood.
Recent remodel with knotty alder cabinets, granite countertops. We spend a lot of time in Breckenridge and only rent it out over major holidays. Lots of storage including hooks for all of your ski gear.
Maximum occupancy 6. Great for families and one parking space. No pets or smoking.
