Our home has tile and bamboo flooring and a JOTUL gas fireplace in the open living room to keep you warm on those cool Waimea evenings. The master bedroom and second bedroom are generous in size with good closet space. Our home is surrounded by lush private landscape with fruit trees and flowering plants - lemon, apple, bananas, loquat, night blooming jasmine, ginger and bamboo and pasture land in the backyard where you can watch the cows graze. Enjoy the beautiful sunset and pasture views from the large covered deck located immediately off the kitchen, a quiet and relaxing spot to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a nice glass of wine at sunset.
The kitchen and pantry offer lots of space for food storage and the home comes with a stackable washer and dryer. The one-car carport is easily accessible with a driveway. The climate in Waimea is perfect; cool mornings and evenings, occasional afternoon misty rains and beautiful sunny days!
