Charming Cape Home, is Centrally located within walking distance to The Sea Grill Restaurant, Stop & Shop, 45 Surside Cafe/Coffee Shop, Yummy, Bike Rental, Walking & Bike Path, Bus Stop. One & 1/2 mile walk to Surfside Beach. 1 mile walk to Town & Whaling Museum...Walk across the street to the playground at the Nantucket Schools.
The home offers a open floor plan: living room has "2" sofa's and a love seat, spacious seating to seat eight or more people comfortably with a large coffee table for all to gather around, have drinks and watch TV - 45inch LG. The kitchen is conveniently next to the living room and there is a separate area for the dining room which seats eight people. The kitchen has a new granite countertop, new gas stove & a new Bosch dishwasher.The living room & hallway floors were updated to wood, in 2020. Just updated May 2022 Living room was Freshly Paint, along with a new electric fire place. The down stairs (2) bedrooms - new wood floors… just put in Sept 2021.
For families with kids - there is a large front yard, which is fenced in, for the kids to run around. The is room to play in the backyard too.....while the adult’s watch from the newly stained deck or sit back and relax in the yard with the new addition of the plywood &
Adirondack chairs or if you prefer to take a nap on the hammock.
The master bedroom is one the first floor which was newly painted with soft hues of blue, new blinds, all new furniture, Queen Size mattress & box spring. The next bedroom has “Two” Twin Wood Sleigh Beds. This room too as been painted, along with new blinds.
The first floor has a full bathroom, newly updated and painted, along with new towels. New shower head and handle install Sept 2021, along with new faucet.
The Two Bedrooms upstairs each have a Queen size bed (both bedrooms have been painted in soft hues)and a full bathroom in between the bedrooms….which has been painted along with a newly tile floor, vanity, cabinet/ Mirror.
The outside of the house was pressure washed, the trees were trimmed back, along with the yard having been manicured. We have a gardener who comes weekly to take care of the yard.
Update 2022 - We have added a ring camera to our house. It is NOT locate near the shower. It’s in the front of the house and the front of the garage. There are automatic lights that turn on when you walk on the side of the garage (walking path to deck) & on the deck there is another one.
