Situated on a private 6 acre coffee farm, with its complete privacy and easy access. This beautiful studio is the perfect place to unwind. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. There is an island and four chairs for guests to enjoy a meal.
The studio has lots of beautiful fixtures and lighting as well as natural lighting. Guests can even enjoy the view of the ocean. There is a television, couch, and two queen sized beds. Fresh linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided.

Parking is available in front of the home. The washer and dryer are located on the backside of the home.
Guests who wish to check in earlier or check out later must give a notice before, which is subject to availability. There is a fee of 1/4 of the daily rate per hour. For guests looking for early check in/late check out up to 3pm, a fee of 1/2 of the daily rate will apply.
Parking is available in the driveway. The washer and dryer are located on the backside of the home.

This is House #3. We also host two other homes nearby. House #1 and House #2 are about a 5 minute walking distance. You are unable to see the other homes from House #3. Each home is a standalone home so you will have your own privacy as they are completely separate and distanced.
Parties are not permitted. This is a strict drug-free home. Smoking is absolutely not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of $500 cleaning fee. Parties are also not allowed.
There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
