Aloha and Welcome to our Newly Built Luxurious, Modern, Spacious 650 Sq Ft Non-Smoking, WIFI, Air Conditioned, Atmos Home Theater Studio in the prestigious, highly coveted North Shore Beach community! Immaculate, meticulously maintained and managed with every detail. We have been in the vacation rental business for 14 years with a strong repeat guest business.

Our location is as good as it gets on the North Shore, hands down!!! Located in a private, secure, gated community in the very heart of the north shore surfing beach community "7 Mile Miracle" between Waimea Bay & Pipeline whilst tucked away in a lush tropical neighborhood setting on the "beach side" of Kamehameha HWY. At the top of the driveway is a 2 mile bike path (2 bikes included) which parallels the ocean on one side and a breathtaking, romantic beach less than a 2 minute walk on the other side of the home. Yoga classes are only a 10 minute walk from the home. Sharks Cove Marine Life Park (snorkeling/diving), Food Trucks, Coffee Bean & Tea and Foodland Grocery are also all within a 5-15 minute walk. Spend your time relaxing instead of sitting in traffic trying to get around! All surf contests are a short walk or bike ride from the cottage. Don't be fooled by other properties stretching the truth on their North Shore/Beach location, this is "EXACTLY" where you want to be. *Please note, previous guests have wished they stayed up here in one location and do day trips to the other parts of the island given it's only one hour from one side to the other vs. checking in/out with other accommodations. Settle in to your Italian leather automated couch and watch movies, Netflix, Amazon, You Tube or a ball game on your a 4K, 70 INCH! LCD SMART HDTV with High Def Cable TV/Movie channels. This home is also equipped with a state of the art Dolby Atmos 9 speaker Home Theater/Audio System!! Listen to your favorite music from your Tablet, Ipod , Internet Radio, Smartphone through the Bluetooth enabled Theater System!
Grab a good book and settle into the hand carved Java Indonesian Daybed on the covered patio outside surrounded by a garden like setting or throw some steaks on the stainless steel 4 burner BBQ grill for dinner. The studio comes equipped with a full size stainless steel fridge with ice maker/filtered water, large/deep stainless steel sink, full size microwave, large toaster oven (fits a 12 inch pizza) and induction hot plate. There is no range in the studio however we have had fantastic feedback on the induction hot plate from our recent guests. It heats up quickly like a gas stove and cooks evenly, much better then an electric range. We also have an additional gas burner on the grill located right outside the door by the kitchen. Included is a coffee grinder/french press/ electric stainless steel kettle to get that gourmet coffee up fast first thing in the morning. An essential when travelling! :) We also have a new LG washer/dryer available (shared with owners) with it's own private access from the studio.
