This two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo comes with a full kitchen, in-unit washer / dryer, private screened balcony, and communal heated pool. This unit truly lets you enjoy all Florida has to offer, including beautiful sunsets over the water.
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Perfect for anyone's island getaway. This unit is in one of the best locations on the island. Located just a few minutes of walking to Times Square. The islands grocery store is about 3 miles south of you.
This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
