This is a private entire house rental with an operator residing on the building site, If any problems arise we are here 24/7 to help, make recommendations, give directions etc, but we keep a low profile and do not use any amenities when guests are in residence. The privacy of our guests is our primary concern.
This beautiful home features brand new appliances and furniture, with recent remodel done in mid 2022.
All rooms and living room in the house get panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean through the lanai. The first bedroom features two queen sized beds, equipped with a desk, and chair in the room. When you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a shower, double sink and Kohler smart toilet. The second bedroom features one king size bed and desk. It has a private bathroom right outside the door with a tub, smart toilet, and sink. There are fresh linens, pillows, and a television in each room. Essential bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
The enormous gourmet Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room has every amenity a chef could want. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stove, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. There is a breakfast bar as well as a dining table that seats 8 people comfortably. The living room has 3 sofas, easy to take 1 adult each. For an additional charge, we can provide up to 2 air mattresses with bedding.
Hot water and electricity are provided for the guests. The hot water is solar and high pressure. There is full size modern washer/dryer in unit provided free to the guests.
There is exclusive 24/7 access to both the pool and jacuzzi, dining table with an outdoor Barbecue. There are also lounge chairs in the pool area for guests to enjoy. The bonus comes with a hot outdoor private shower for you to rinse off after taking a dip!
The sliding doors located around the home allows for easy and direct access to semi-enclosed lanai. The lanai contains a dining table as well as two other seating areas, perfect for various guests to enjoy.
We are located comfortably "up country" in the midst of the famous Kona Coffee belt. It is usually 5-8 degrees cooler up here with the gentle breeze that comes off the mountain day or night providing an ideal temperature. In addition, every room and living room has independent AC. The home is very serene and quiet. You can watch the sunset from the pool or the deck and relax, enjoying the sounds of nature.
This listing is a HOSTED rental in which the operator or owner does reside on the building site, he resides in a separate structure and will not interfere with your privacy. However, he is there to tend to your needs 24/7 in any way should you ask.
In compliance with the County of Hawaii, this dwelling is a single family dwelling. Any groups of Guest should qualify as a family to occupy this listing. In Hawaii, a family is defined as any number of related persons plus up to 4 unrelated persons. For example, if you have a group of 10 persons total and 6 of whom are related plus 4 additional unrelated persons. Your group will qualify as a family.
There is also a third room in this house that has its own door to the outside. This may or may not be occupied by the operator or owner depending if other units are rented. If it is occupied by anybody, you will not be disturbed.
We have an Optimum Business Internet connection here that delivers up to 600 mbps to the whole estate. The dedicated endpoint in the living room delivers 150-300 mpbs and offers an extremely reliable Wi-Fi as well as a wired connection. The Wi-Fi extends easily to all rooms as well as the deck and pool area.

Parking is available throughout the driveway. Complete and exclusive access to the whole house is given to the guests.
Early check in and late check out is possible subject to availability.
Early check in: Either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour before 4pm, or half the daily rate up to 11 am.
Late Check Out:There is a fee of either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour or if it is up to 3pm, a fee of 1/2 of the daily rate will apply.
Gatherings are sometimes permitted with an additional charge. This is a strict drug-free home. Smoking is absolutely not permitted indoors under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of $500 cleaning fee.
There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
