Our condominium is on the 4th fairway, with a beautiful view. We recently did an update and remodel. It's very clean and well taken care of. Washer, dryer, newer appliances, new bedding, mattresses, dishes, silverware. It's completely stocked and ready for a great vacation. For a nominal extra fee you can become a guest member of the Stoney Brook Golf and Tennis club. You will have all the privileges of a full member.
This is a very quiet and gated community, bike riding is safe and fun. You are minutes from the Sarasota Legacy Bike trail. Bike rentals are very available. The famous Siesta Beach is about 15 minutes away along with the Siesta Village. Our condominium is a few steps from the private to our small nest of condominiums swimming pool. It is very private, has lots of lounge chairs and quiet.
THE PUBLISHED RATE IS THE LOWEST WHICH VARIES DEPENDING ON THE MONTH YOU CHOOSE TO STAY. THE FALL AND WINTER RATES ARE HIGHER THAN THE SUMMER RATES.
