The dining area comfortably accommodates 18 guests, with seating for 10 at the large table and an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. This home recently redid all the flooring upstairs and has brand new hardwood floors throughout the entire home.
The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a large sliding glass door with a beach view and a king bed. Adjacent to this primary, another king bedroom with its private balcony awaits. 2 more bedrooms are located upstairs, one with 1 queen and the other with a full and a queen.
