This 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo in the Treetops/Ocean Breeze community sleeps 6 adults maximum per community guidelines. (2 adults per bedroom).
On the main floor you will find the open fully equipped kitchen with new countertops just installed the end of 2021. Stainless-steel appliances include a smooth top stove, over the stove microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, a Keurig & drip coffee maker, electric griddle, blender, and toaster. The dining area features a large table with bench seating and chairs to seat 6, and there are 4 bar stools for additional seating.
The living room features a sleeper sofa and chaise loveseat. For your entertainment there is a 50" Samsung Smart TV with Samsung sound bar and Blu Ray DVD player. The sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the rear deck with an electric Charbroil grill. Here you will also find a storage box with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, assorted sand toys available for your use.
The bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized bed, private bath with a walk in shower and a 24” Samsung Smart TV.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite has a king size bed, full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, and a Samsung 32" Smart TV.
The second bedroom a twin over full bunk bed, bathroom with a shower/tub and a 24” Samsung Smart TV.
The laundry area is also located upstairs with a washer & dryer, there is an iron/ironing board and a steamer in the master closet.
**PET FRIENDLY Your well-behaved small dog (under 50 lbs) will be considered with $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Our invitation to your dog is not an invitation to allow him on our furniture or beds. If this is not followed, we may charge you an additional cleaning fee.
The complex has 3 Pools, one just steps from condo, and an onsite tennis court.
South Forest Beach is a 10-minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from the condo.
77 Ocean Breeze is located in the South Forest Beach area. Coligny Plaza is one mile away with shopping and lots of restaurants, including the iconic Coligny Piggly Wiggly. Park your car upon arrival and ride bikes all week to the beach, shopping, and dinner.
The Sea Pines Ocean Gate is less than a mile away. Harbour Town, Harbour Town Lighthouse, South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe are all just minutes away.

All in-season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
We require a $300 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of your departure date, provided there is no loss or damage. 10% State of SC tourism tax will be added to your rental fee.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Parking is limited to two cars per condominium and must display a current parking pass.
Community pools open April 1st and close October 1st.
