This beautiful beach oriented villa has undergone a complete interior renovation. New floors and gorgeous new bathrooms you have to see to believe. Just a 5-6 minute walk to the most beautiful beach on the east coast, this villa's beach access has all the facilities you need to spend the whole day basking in the sun. The large shaded shared swimming pool is just a few steps from the front door and has restrooms, with adjacent picnic area for the family to enjoy. 'Adventure Cove', a wholesome children's entertainment area, is located a very short walk away.
There are also good restaurants within easy walking distance. The villa is located mid island at mile marker 6, so that nothing on Hilton Head Island is more than just a few minutes away. It's perfect for two families or a family bringing along the grandparents for a fun family vacation. A great 3 bedroom vacation home at a reasonable price.
Weekly rentals are from Sat - Sat. Check-in time is 4PM and Check-out time is 10AM. There needs to be e-mailed cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
