39 Shell Ring is a beautiful, tucked away little gem of a home with high ceilings throughout the entire house, in an extremely quiet location with all new family room furniture, all new kitchen appliances, and fresh paint. It is a 3 bedroom/3 bath home nestled right past the front gate of Sea Pines for easy access in and out of Sea Pines.
The main floor is tastefully decorated in coastal décor and colors. Very relaxing and cool with the ceiling fans going to keep the cool air circulating and clean, hardwood floors on the first floor, including the master bedroom. The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen, with an adorable breakfast nook at the end in front of the bay style window.
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with two deep blue sofas, two stripped armchairs and mounted 55" SMART TV over the fireplace. The dining area has a white wood table with blue accent tiles and six high back chairs, perfect for family gatherings. From the living room, there are sliding doors that lead out to the deck, where there is a gas grill and a table/chairs for outdoor dining. The views are so serene and natural with lush landscaping and a lagoon.
The master bedroom is separated from the the two guest rooms to give you your own little sanctuary in the home. This room features a king bed, wood floors, 50" SMART TV and sliding doors that lead out to the deck to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the tranquil lagoon. The private master bathroom has separate his/hers vanities, garden tub and separate walk-in shower.
Upon entering the home, you will have 3 steps up to the right of the foyer, where the 2 guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The 1st bedroom on the right side of the hall has 2 sets of bunks, with double bottoms and twin tops, so they can sleep 6 people. The bathroom for this bedroom is directly across the hall and has a double vanity with granite counters and a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom is located at the end of the hall and has a queen bed, 32" TV and an attached bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo.
From the living room, there are sliding doors that lead out to the deck, where there is a gas grill and a table/chairs for outdoor dining. The views are so serene and natural with lush landscaping and a lagoon.
