QUIET LOCATION: Secluded on the side of our Kailua home you’ll find Holiday Palms. This private cottage is a remodeled, 600 sq ft, one-bedroom unit, steps from beautiful Kailua Beach. Tucked away amid tropical palm trees, with your own shady patio and private gated entrance. There are ceiling fans throughout, free high-speed wireless internet, cool tile floors. A very quiet and private location.
LOCATION: Convenient - Midway between Kailua Beach and Kailua town. Maximum 10 min walk either direction.
PARKING: FREE - dedicated off street parking area for up to 2 cars
BEDROOM: The bedroom has a brand new split Air conditioner ,vaulted ceiling, and is furnished with stylish bamboo furniture, one queen size bed and one double futon couch which easily converts to a bed. Beds sleep 4 comfortably. Air Mattresses and Futons are available for extra guests. All beds are in one room.
COMFORT: Although located in the bedroom, the Split Air Con is sized to cool the whole unit for your comfort. The TV is a flat screen and is provided with cable TV, HBO and SHOWTIME as extras.
KITCHEN: Pots and Pans, cutlery, Full size refrigerator, microwave, full oven, Electric Tea kettle, Rice Cooker, Electric fry pan, Toaster oven, coffee maker, Glasses, dishes, spices

GENERAL: Holiday Palms is the only rental unit on the property. Owners live on the property. The unit has a private entrance. The unit’s kitchen wall shares a common wall with the main house.
Some dates are blocked for routine maintenance so please ask us for the dates and time frame you are interested in, even if it appears unavailable. In order to comply with new Honolulu vacation rental rules, we only rent to one party in any 30-day period. This means that the unit will be blocked for a total of 30 consecutive nights surrounding the agreed upon occupancy even if the guests occupy for less than 30 nights.
